Downtown Columbus Skyline in 2018
Live-Work-Play Concept Appeals to Urban Professionals and Gen Y Workforce
Columbus, Ohio (May 10, 2016) – Arshot Investment Corporation is pleased to announce plans for the development of the 25-story Millennial Tower, a 400,000 square foot technology centric mixed-use building incorporating the latest trends in “smart building” design and services. Located at the epicenter of the RiverSouth District, the building intelligently combines retail, office, residential and entertainment components into an integrated “vertical city” tailored to the unique urban fabric of Columbus’ revitalized downtown.
Featuring floor-to-ceiling glass walls and ceiling heights of up to 18 feet – showcasing stunning 360˚ views of Downtown Columbus and the Scioto Mile – Millennial Tower has been meticulously designed to provide the enhanced livability and workability spaces demanded by Columbus’ urban professionals. All residential units will feature minimum 10-foot high concrete ceilings, exposed ductwork, wireless entertainment centers with integrated USB wall ports and below-counter wine coolers. Other planned building amenities include a gaming lounge, iMac stations, dry cleaning concierge, bike storage, and electric vehicle charging stations.

The building was designed by Smallwood, Reynolds, Stewart, Stewart & Associates for two floors of retail, six floors of office space and ten floors of apartments and condominiums.
Occupancy is expected to begin in 2018.
